The folks are Rabbit Hole challenge the consumer to reimagine what the term "Bourbon" conveys!  By blending far more grains in with the required corn foundation, Rabbit Hold already introduces complexity - by malting those grains before fermenting they get even richer and more unexpected depth in the finished whiskey!

We are thrilled to kick off the July 4 Weekend with this one hour tasting on Thursday evening.  You will enjoy a welcome cocktail followed by a guided tasting of the principal four whiskeys made at Rabbit Hole and the history behind the distillery in Louisville.
